The Swedish massage focuses on releasing tension in the neck, stomach, back, shoulders, and whole body in addition to how Swedish massage stimulates blood circulation.Swedish massage is a popular massage for relaxation. The light-to-moderate pressure is good for relieving light muscle tension and stress. It can leave a person feeling rejuvenated.


Deep Tissue

A deep tissue massage targets the deeper muscle layers in areas where you have injury or pain.The massage types also vary in their intended uses.Deep tissue massage is mainly for working out deep muscle tension or aiding recovery from a muscle strain. To achieve this, the therapist must apply greater pressure, and this can cause some discomfort. As a result, deep tissue massage is typically not for relaxation or stress relief.

Thai massage, also known as Thai yoga massage or assisted yoga, doesn’t use oils and rubbing or kneading like traditional massage.Thai massage starts with a mat or massage mattress on the floor. And unlike other massages, which have you remove most of your clothes, with Thai massage, you can leave your clothes on. Loose-fitting clothes are provided for you. 

Head Massage


A combination massage consists of feet, shoulder, head, neck & back massages . Your massage or bodywork session will take place in a warm, comfortable, quiet room. Soft music may be played to help you relax. You will start first with a foot massage where you lay supine and the therapist works on you head shoulder neck & feet for 30 minutes.  Then you will be directed to a private room for a body massage.

A couples massage is a joint experience that involves two people who each get a soothing massage from a therapist. The massages are given at the same time in the same private room, but in separate massage beds (one for each person).Just like with any massage, this massage type can have physical, mental, and emotional benefits. A couples massage is a shared experience – a massage that can be shared with a partner, relative, or close friend. The massage therapists will start at the same time and coordinate the treatment for the couple.
